Ariana Grande Talks Botox and Channels Audrey Hepburn With New Baby Bangs

[ad_1]

Ariana Grande’s awards season is off to an exciting start. The actor, singer, brand founder, and much more accepted the “Rising Star” award at last night’s Palm Springs Film Festival. Yes, we know it’s a little crazy for a multi-hyphenate like that to be called a rising star, but Grande’s role as Glinda in Wicked was her first meaty acting role in years.

For the big night, Grande donned a Vuitton balloon dress—vintage Takashi Murakami Speedy to match—and changed up her hair. Still the signature shade of blonde (a big part of her transformation for the role in Wicked), Grande ditched her side part for short, gamine bangs swept to the side a la Audrey Hepburn. Grande’s makeup for the night—doe-eyed liner with soft pinks across her cheeks and lips—took the Hepburn vibes a step further.

“I want to start by thanking my good friends Botox and Juvéderm,” Grande joked during her acceptance speech. “I thought I’d be hearing ‘Slightly Withering Star’ or ‘Drooping Star’ by now, so thank you.” She later added she’s been “four years clean” from injectables but isn’t opposed to going back when she’s ready.

Earlier today, Grande attended the Creative Impact Awards, bangs still intact—which means they might be here to stay. So we’re calling it now: Baby bangs will be trending in 2025.
