Lizzo admitted she was feeling down on herself after “overeating” as she continues her weight loss journey.
“I overate yesterday and im feeling really bad about it,” the singer wrote in a TikTok post of herself showing off her slimmed down figure.
“Im trying to remind myself that my body needed that nourishment,” the “Truth Hurts” singer, who slammed Ozempic accusations earlier this month, added.
The 36-year-old then expressed the kindness she gave to herself as she continues her health journey.
“And if my body deserves comfort then my brain deserves comfort too,” Lizzo’s last line on the clip read.
In an effort to provide comfort to her fans that might be going through a similar struggle, the Grammy winner then added “If you’re going through this ur not alone ❤️.”
Soon after Lizzo shared the clip with her fans, many of them took to the comments to thank the musician for her vulnerability.
“I needed to hear this too ❤️,” one admirer penned, while a second added, “This vid [sic] hits different. Just know you’re not in this alone, fam. Stay strong!”
In the clip, Lizzo rocked an oversized striped shirt, a denim mini skirt and nearly knee-high boots.
The Yitty founder styled her hair in trendy space buns and tied the look together with hoop earrings.
Lizzo’s latest TikTok comes after she slammed an online hater for accusing her of using Ozempic to lose weight.
“did she use ozempic or did she snort coke,” a fan commented on Lizzo’s Sept. 18 Instagram video.
“whyyyy [sic] do u follow me?” Lizzo clapped back in the comments. In a Sept. 20 post, Lizzo poked fun at the hater with the caption, “’oZeMpIc oR cOkE?’ – a fan 😭😭😭😭.”
This is not the first time that Lizzo has addressed her weight loss journey, as she has been documenting her fitness routine and diet over the course of the year.
On Sept. 20, the pop star took to Instagram to document her gym outfit and show off her physique. “IM NOT SKINNY IM FHICK [sic]😤,” she captioned the clip.
For her workout, Lizzo rocked a brown sports bra complete with a matching green tracksuit from her Yitty clothing line.
