Unsurprisingly, Jennifer Lopez’s Hair Looks Great Under a Cowboy Hat—See the Photos

She sings! She dances! She acts! She looks amazing in hats! Is there anything Jennifer Lopez can’t do or wear? All signs point to “no,” especially after seeing her wintry twist on the Western trend, complete with a cowboy hat.

Lopez has been spending her post-holiday time in Aspen, a celebrity hotspot this time of year. And she’s been dressing the part, swapping her stiletto heels and gowns in favor of big coats, chunky sweaters, and the aforementioned cowboy hat. In true Lopez fashion, she’s giving us a master class in winter hairstyling; her Aspen looks have been low-key, but with a luxuriousness befitting a superstar. Case in point: the perfect long layers tucked just so underneath a dove gray cowboy hat.

Lopez’shoney-colored hair was blown out with a round brush for a classic blowout style. Instead of letting it flow down her back like a cowgirl astride a horse, she wore most of her hair brushed to the front to sit atop her turtleneck sweater and barn jacket. Her hair was subtly tousled to keep it looking casual and cool, not fussy or super precise. As a finishing touch, the Kemo Sabe hat—an Aspen essential—was placed right atop her head and pulled down over her forehead, hiding a softly defined eye and that unmistakable J. Lo glow.

It’s a simple hairstyle for sure, but one that works really well with both her wide-brimmed hat and the cozy outfit, not to mention a day of Aspen activities. Her hair is done but not too done and can easily transition from the snowy streets to a fancy dinner out. It’s giving cowgirl goes glam, if you will.
