90 Day Fiancé star Shaeeda Sween has given birth to her and husband Bilal Hazziez’s rainbow baby, Us Weekly can exclusively reveal.
“After two days of labor, we joyfully welcomed our handsome son, Ayaan, on December 14, 2024, at 10:40 p.m.,” the couple shared in a statement. “Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude and love as we embrace this new chapter of parenthood. Welcome to the world, Baby Ayaan!”
In the family’s first portrait with their baby boy, Bilal, 46, cuddled the newborn while sitting on a couch. Shaeeda, 40, was all smiles as she was perched beside Bilal, resting a hand on Ayaan’s blanket.
Bilal and Shaeeda first chronicled their journey down the aisle on 90 Day season 9, often debating whether they wanted to expand their family.

“I have been trying to have this conversation with Bilal, but it’s always on deaf ears,” Shaeeda said in a November 2022 episode. “Every time I blink my eyes, I hear tick-tock. I feel as if I continue to wait, I could wait a lifetime.”
Bilal, for his part, has two older children from a previous relationship and thought he was done having kids when he met Shaeeda.
During season 7 of the Happily Ever After? spinoff reunion, Bilal announced that he changed his mind.
“When it comes to having children, I just realized, like, how much it’d mean to her,” Bilal said during the January 2023 tell-all.
Shaeeda suffered multiple miscarriages before the couple confirmed her pregnancy earlier this year.
“Happy Birthday to my lovely wife! Celebrating you and our new bundle of joy coming soon!!” Bilal wrote via Instagram in August. “This year, you’ve given us the most precious gift of all — our little one on the way.”
He added, “After experiencing two miscarriages we are beyond excited for our new addition to the family. As we prepare to welcome our child, I am filled with awe at the thought of our family growing and sharing our love in a new way. I feel incredibly blessed to walk this journey with you. Thank you for being the heart of our home and the light of my life. Here’s to celebrating you today and every day, and to the beautiful adventure that lies ahead.”
Bilal and Shaeeda found out in October that they were expecting a baby boy, gushing via Instagram that they couldn’t wait to “meet our little miracle.”
