Nicky Hilton swears by this ‘old school’ $8 beauty buy

This rosebud balm just might be stars’ best bud.

When asked what budget-friendly product she considers a holy grail, Nicky Hilton told Page Six Style she can’t get enough of Smith’s Rosebud Salve ($8) — a cult-favorite find that’s been on the market for over a century.

“I like the old school tin,” she explained on the red carpet at Tuesday’s Fashion Group International Night of Stars gala.

“I like the smell, the taste — it’s just easy.” she added.

While the product costs just under $10, she’s far from the only star obsessed; Julia Roberts and Alicia Keys have both been linked to the drugstore find, while Winnie Harlow told Elle UK she “can’t live without” the multi-purpose product for her “lips, hands and cuticles.”

Meanwhile Beyoncé once told Allure she uses the cult-favorite formula for “everything” — including her eyelashes.

“I wear it with my lipstick… I used it to prime my lashes before curling,” she said. “It was like a natural mascara. It made the lashes hold the curl and look shiny.”

Ulta Beauty reviewers are equally impressed, as the “mini moisturizing routine” has racked up over 550 largely glowing reviews (and counting).

“This will be my ride or die lip treatment forever!” one raved of the timeless tin, while another dubbed it a “forever repurchase.”

The apothecary-style salve’s been around far longer than online shopping, as it was first formulated in 1892. (A vintage version even has a place in the Smithsonian Museum of American History’s collection.)

And given its countless devotees, it’s safe to say there’s a rosy outlook for its future, too.
