President-elect Donald Trump was back on the links at his Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Fla., on Sunday with players including South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham and real estate investor Steve Witkoff, sources told Page Six.
Las Vegas magnate Steve Wynn was also at Trump’s club we hear.
A source has told us that Wynn — who’s allegedly been an adviser to the Trump transition team — has been eyeing a new Palm Beach property after he sold a $66 million mansion in 2023 to coffee magnate Bob Stiller.
Wynn had bought the property in 2019 for $49 million.
He’s known as a successful estate flipper who’s been praised by Trump for his real estate moves.
In 2022, the former casino tycoon cleared a cool $8 million on a Palm Beach home flip after owning the property for just a year, records showed.
There’s been a “Trump bump” in local real estate we’ve previously reported since the election — that also includes “Cheers” star and Trump supporter Kelsey Grammer recently checking out a $12.9 million home overlooking Trump’s private club Mar-a-Lago.
Trump has picked Witkoff as his Middle East envoy.
A source said: “Trump has never looked better, happy and engaged. He’s basking in the glory of winning.”
The source added: “Old-school people in PB are saying, ‘We’ve never seen PB this happening — not even in the days of JFK’s winter White House’ . . . Palm Beach is on fire and it’s all about Trump.”
