Heidi Klum credits playing “bedroom sports” with her much younger husband, Tom Kaulitz, for keeping her in great shape.
The 51-year-old model shared her secrets to staying fit — despite never dieting and indulging in sausages, barbecue and potato salad — in a new interview with the Times.
“Sport en chambre is my favourite exercise — it sounds better in French,” Klum cheekily admitted, referring to “bedroom sports,” in the profile published on Friday.
“I have a younger husband,” she added of her 35-year-old partner, before gushing that their sex is “very good” because the Tokio Hotel guitarist is her “match.”
However, to answer the question more seriously, Klum admitted she keeps in shape by running around “a lot, having four kids” and doing “everything” herself because she doesn’t have an assistant.
“I eat right, I never exercise too much or do heavy weights,” she shared.
“People can push themselves too hard. I listen to my body. I have no back or knee pain and I have my husband.”
The former “Project Runway” host — who recently dressed up as E.T. with Kaulitz — has never been shy when it comes to talking about her sex life. In a January episode of “Call Her Daddy,” she talked about her high libido, admitting that she likes to have sex “for hours.”
“[It’s] endless, hot [and] wild,” Klum explained. “I think it’s easier for the woman than it is for the man, so the man [has to] have that much stamina is the thing.”
She suggested that Kaulitz has no problem keeping up with her.
“The men are usually the ones that can’t go for that long,” she added. “Some can’t do it.”
During the same interview, the “America’s Got Talent” judge detailed the embarrassing moment her 20-year-old daughter, Leni, found her sex closet.
Leni, who was called into the interview, said she “thought it was the coolest thing ever” after going through it with her friends.
“My mom got so mad at me after, like, ‘You can’t go in my stuff,’” Leni admitted.
The Victoria’s Secret angel also confessed to getting down and dirty “in an airplane” and “in the water.”
Kaulitz and Klum tied the knot in 2019, less than one year after they began dating.
Klum shares Leni with businessman Flavio Briatore. She later welcomed Henry, 19, Johan, 17, and Lou, 15, with ex Seal.
