Pregnant Kylie Kelce has a message for anyone who thinks her 3-year-old daughter Ellie is a carbon copy of Travis Kelce.
“The internet has run away with the fact that she looks like Travis, which I am slightly offended by,” Kylie, 32, said in a Wednesday, December 4, teaser for her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. “I was blonde, I had one dimple. I very much feel like Ellie could pass for looking like mom.”
She added, “If we could hop off the whole ‘Ellie looks like Travis’ train, that would be greatly appreciated because that’s the only one I have any chance of having any claim to when it comes to looking alike.”
In addition to Ellie, Kylie shares daughters Wyatt, 5, and Bennett, 21, with husband Jason Kelce and, yes, she is aware that both girls heavily favor Jason’s strong Kelce genes.
“We are so lucky that my husband makes cute girls. When you look at Wyatt’s baby pictures and Jason’s baby pictures side-by-side, it looks like we have cloned him,” Kylie quipped on Wednesday. “I complained a lot when Wyatt arrived. It looked like I had nothing to do with it. If I had not pushed her out myself, I would not believe that I had any part in making her.”
Kylie further noted that Bennett is “definitely another Jason lookalike” and that the “jury’s still out” on baby No. 4. (Kylie is currently pregnant with her and the retired Eagles center’s fourth daughter.)
“Trust me, I am trying desperately to make a child that has any, any resemblance to me,” Kylie concluded.
After Kylie announced her pregnancy late last month, a fan on TikTok joked she should “bring genes for Kylie.” Travis, 34, had previously questioned why older brother Jason, 37, didn’t “bring jeans for Jason” to the Kelce doc premiere last year. Instead, Jason infamously wore shorts as he didn’t want to carry denim pants to and from football practice.
In the comments section, Kylie was also advised that having a son could change the DNA outcome.
“We don’t have that recipe, so that’s not actually helpful. Thank you,” Kylie concluded.
Kylie’s full podcast debut, produced under Wave Sports + Entertainment, premieres Thursday, December 5.
“I’m excited to have conversations with fascinating people and create a platform where I can be unapologetically myself while also setting the record straight on the many stories that circulate about my family,” she said in a statement. “Wave is the perfect partner for this show. I’ve been around their team for several years and I’ve seen firsthand their ability to deliver content that feels authentic to who I am.”
