“Vanderpump Rules” alum James Kennedy was arrested for domestic violence Tuesday night, according to TMZ.
Police in Burbank, Calif., were reportedly dispatched to the reality star’s home after cops were called due to reports of an argument between a man and a woman, whose identity was not disclosed.
Kennedy, 32, has been in a longterm relationship with Ally Lewber. It’s unclear if she’s the alleged victim.
An eyewitness reportedly told officers that they saw Kennedy grab the woman at one point during the dispute. However, police told TMZ that the alleged victim did not have any visible injuries on her.
Page Six has reached out to Kennedy’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
The DJ, who has reportedly been released from jail already on $20,000 bail, has not addressed the incident on social media, either.
Lewber, for her part, posted several Instagram Stories on Wednesday of her attending a holiday influencer event. Her boyfriend, who has a history of substance abuse, did not appear to be with her for the outing.
Kennedy has been dating Lewber since 2022, just a few months after he ended his engagement with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, who went on to have the highly publicized Scandoval affair with Tom Sandoval.
For the most part, the Bravo star and astrology enthusiast, 28, appeared happy in their new relationship, but have been plagued by domestic violence rumors before.
Fellow Bravolebrities Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge claimed they once witnessed the couple get into a “physical altercation” following an MTV Movie Awards afterparty.
“That never happened. There was no physical altercation,” Lewber claimed on her former co-star Scheana Shay’s “Scheananigans” podcast in February.
“Yes, we were in the car together. I thought we were having fun. We were having fun. But then James and I did get into an argument, but there was no physical assault.”
Kennedy’s latest assault allegations comes after Bravo announced they are recasting “Vanderpump Rules” and that the British DJ and his castmates, who helped make the show a hit, won’t be back.
