The Horror Collective, the genre label of boutique distribution company Entertainment Squad, has acquired worldwide rights to the clown-themed horror film Do You See Me? and will release it across English-speaking territories on Jan. 17.

Directed by Corbin Timbrook, the movie follows Emily Edwards, portrayed by Rya Meyers (who has appeared in episodes of How to Get Away With Murder, MacGyver) who becomes the target of relentless stalking by a sinister clown. The film also stars Philip Boyd as Randy and Lisa London as Sarah Edwards.

“Clown-themed horror films have seen a resurgence in recent years, with massive hits like the Terrifier franchise reigniting audiences’ love for this niche but deeply terrifying subgenre,” said Shaked Berenson, CEO of Entertainment Squad. “We believe Do You See Me? taps into that cultural moment while offering its own unique, suspense-driven take that fans will love.”

Added producer Harel Goldstein: “This film taps into deep-seated fears of clowns and delivers a suspenseful experience that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats.”

The film, brought to life by Global Genesis Group, is executive produced by Al Evan and Rick Romano. Timbrook co-wrote the script with Goldstein and Charles Morris Jr.

The Horror Collective will release Do You See Me? on-demand and “across digital platforms, allowing audiences to experience its terror from the comfort of their homes.”
