Garth Brooks has been accused of raping and battering a woman who claims she worked as his hairstylist and makeup artist.
The woman — identified as “Jane Roe” — is suing the country star, 62, for sexual assault and battery, according to CNN.
The complaint, filed Thursday in California and obtained by the outlet, states the alleged incidents occurred in 2019.

In her filing, Roe claimed she was once raped by Brooks during a work trip.
Per CNN, Brooks previously denied his accuser’s allegations, though his reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on her lawsuit.
The filing accuses Brooks of repeatedly exposing his genitals to Roe; talking about sex and sexual fantasies with her; regularly changing his clothing in front of her; and sending her sexually explicit text messages.
During one alleged incident in 2019, Roe claimed she was at Brooks’ home for work when he walked out of the shower naked, “grabbed her hands and forced them” onto his genitals, while saying vulgar things to her.
During another alleged incident that same year, Roe claimed Brooks raped her in a hotel room during a work trip to Los Angeles, where the musician was taping a Grammy tribute performance.
According to the suit, the pair traveled to LA together on Brooks’ private jet.
“Usually there were others on Brooks’ private jet, but this time, Ms. Roe and Brooks were the only two passengers,” the complaint stated, claiming that “Brooks had booked a hotel suite with one bedroom.”
Once inside the suite, Roe alleged that Brooks “appeared in the doorway to the bedroom, completely naked,” which made her feel “trapped.”
After the alleged rape, Roe claimed that the singer-songwriter groped her and continued to tell her about his sexual fantasies, which included “repeated remarks” about “having a threesome” with his wife, Trisha Yearwood, whom he wed in 2005.
